Steve Pucelik, Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, will talk about how as the workplace becomes more interconnected, the demand for powerful, user-friendly document management and collaboration tools has never been higher. M-Files stands at the forefront of this evolution, offering advance meta-data-based information management, AI-driven automation, and industry processes. Yet many organizations are deeply invested in the Microsoft 365 suite for AI enhanced content creation and everyday collaboration, so deep integration between M-Files and Microsoft 365 are essential. Ian has spent over 25 years in the content management industry and is a subject matter expert on AI and its application to Content Services / Enterprise Content Management (ECM) along with Enterprise File Sync and Share (EFSS). Ian served for 7 years on the board of directors for The Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM), having served as chairman of the board in 2019. Prior to joining Microsoft, Ian was a Program Director in IBM’s ECM business where he led the integration of the IBM ECM portfolio with Box and owned various parts of the IBM ECM user experience as well as mobile and cloud strategy. Before joining the software industry, Ian spent over a dozen years as a customer, with large Fortune 500 organizations including: JPMorgan Chase & Co., Washington Mutual Bank, and Weyerhaeuser.
Steve Pucelik | Product Manager, SharePoint Embedded | Microsoft
Steve Pucelik is a Product Manager for SharePoint Embedded at Microsoft, where he plays a crucial role in developing and deploying advanced cloud content management solutions. With a strong background in content management, collaboration, and business automation, Steve leverages the Microsoft 365 stack to help customers tackle complex document management challenges. His expertise extends to document processing, advanced AI, and machine teaching, which he uses to transform content into actionable knowledge and streamline organizational processes.
Tony Grout | Chief Product Officer (CPO) | M-Files
Prior to joining the company, Tony held the role of Chief Product and Technology Officer at both Showpad and Alfresco. He led enterprise product and product transformation teams at Miro, Atlassian, and Lloyds Banking Group. His background also includes careers at Skype and Microsoft. Tony was a contributor and technical editor of Disciplined Agile Development, drawing on his experience managing product transformation at IBM. He is a trained speaker for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and coaches MBA students for the University of Surrey, UK.
Paul Adamson | Sales Engineer | M-Files
Paul has nearly 30 years' experience within Document and Content Management and has been a Sales Engineer at M-Files for three years. Prior to that, Paul has worked within the Energy, Oil & Gas sectors for nearly 25 years in a variety of Document and Information Management positions for Wood Group, who became an M-Files partner for the last five years of his time there. His experience ranges from managing large scale Oil & Gas document and information management projects, through to ECM solution design and implementation, and now on to ECM solution sales with M-Files.

Håkan Song Sandberg har varit på Trelleborg Sealing Solutions sedan 2000. Företagets huvudkontor ligger i Kalmar med lokalkontor i Detroit och Shanghai. Han kom i kontakt med M-files redan 2016, och hanterar idag 220 M-files användare koncentrerade i Kalmar men även övriga världen. I sin nuvarande roll som ansvarig för IT Systems ansvarar han utöver M-files för bland annat ERP, MES, WMS, QMS, och BI-system. M-files har snabbt blivit ett strategiskt viktigt system för Trelleborg. En röd tråd under årens lopp har varit effektivisering av processer, fokus på datakvalitet och glada användare.
